The Effect Of Characteristic, Psychological And Organizational Factors On Nurse Performance At Royal Prima Hospital

Nurse performance is a determining factor in the success of achieving hospital goals nursing services. Various studies on nurses Indonesia show that still relatively low between 47.6% - 53.4%. thought to be influenced by 3 factors, namely individual psychological factors and organizational factors. The purpose this study was analyze effect characteristic, psychological, nurse performance. This research quantitative with cross sectional approach. conducted at Royal Prima Hospital, Medan. population 367 people, sample obtained 115 people. Sampling purposive sampling. Data analysis univariate, bivariate chi-square test, multivariate multiple logistic regression 95% confidence level ( a=0.05). results showed influence General Hospital Medan are (job satisfaction) (p=0.011), (leadership culture) respectively p = 0.004 0.002. Individual characteristic had no effect, age (p=1,000), gender (p=0.661), education (p=0.454), years service (p=0.090). most dominant variable influencing nurse's leadership variable, Exp(B)/OR 6.633, meaning who states good category has 6.6 times higher chance having than not good. It recommended provide guaranteed incentives all so as increase satisfaction. Head room demonstrate acceptable parties. Hospitals should maintain improve culture been far.
